Time to Move. Again.

Here's something I don't understand. How can some people be so incredibly immature? So incredibly immature enough to take personal, sacred things, and joke about them, and post them on the internet. It boggles my mind to think that somewhere, someone had a thought go through their mind saying, oh, I think I'll go bash on this religion today. Let's take things that are sacred to them and make fun of it! Sounds fun right? It makes me want to cry. I just can't believe some people. I mean, especially when we, (meaning myself and others of my faith) of course haven't done anything to upset people of other religions. And, how in the world do these people get this information in order to bash on it anyway? Even we don't have this information until a certain time, when we are ready. It's so incredibly offensive. I just don't understand.

Sorry, I just had to get that out. Anyone out there thinking about making fun of someone's religion? I dislike you.

Anyway, on to a happier subject.... We finally found a cheaper place to live. We've been searching for a while for some place, bigger than a box but cheaper than here. We finally found a soon-to-be empty livable place in a little apartment my Montierth family owns in Safford. So, goodbye Trailer number 7, hello little apartment. We're going to be able to do work around there like pull weeds, and collect people's rent, for a break on our rent. Which is really nice. We will be saving about $200 a month. But it's smaller. I can't decide if I'm really that excited to move.... Way cheaper? Excited. Smaller? Not excited. We'll finally clean and get rid of some crap? Excited. Being farther away from the college? Not excited.

Besides that, I have decided to try to make our house look nice. I mean really try. We're going to get some black spray paint and paint our ugly little coffee table. And maybe our shelf and TV table thing too. Just so things match. I really like black things, instead of brown. They just look nicer. And I want to get some decorations, just little decor things to make it look cute in here. I'm not sure what I'll do yet, we kind of have to move first. But I've got some ideas. Everything in our house is just unmatching and dull and I just want to make it look nice. If anyone has any ideas, I am willing to listen :)

Happy Brithday to Me!

Yes, you can all sing to me now. Go on. Happy birthday to me! Happy birthday to me!
Fine don't sing. I'll just sing to myself. And I won't sing to you on your birthday, see how you feel about it.

It's kind of strange to think I've been on this earth for 20 years. I bet it's even strager for my parents...

The Pillow is Too Fluffy

Some more of Joe's sleep talks. I save them up so I can put more than one on here at a time. (The italicized words are me talking back to him.)

"Heh.... that was awesome." What? "That was sweet."

(I came to get in bed and he looked up and pointed harshly at me...) "Do NOT touch me with your cold hand!!"

"Yuck... there's oil all over the.... thing." What thing? "The.... sprayer thing." Sprayer thing? "Yeah.... the..... sprayer thing. The pressure washer."

Now, before you read this next one, just know that we have exactly the same pillow. We bought them at the same time, same kind, same amout of fluffyness..... yeah. Now you can read it.

(Growning and punching his pillow...) "Why is this so fluffy? This pillow is so fluffy right now..." (He throws the pillow to the foot of the bed) "Ugh.... but I need it...." You wanna try mine? "Yeah." (I hand him my pillow) "Ahh." Is that better? "Yeeaaaahhh."

Rambling Much?

FINALLY the finals are over! Time for another three months of nothingness and heat! If only I wasn't such a slacker and could graduate.... then we could be off to wherever the degree takes us! Probably Tucson... so Joe can go to UofA and graduate from med school. But that's not gonna happen for another 72 years or so.... hmm. Well while we're still in Thatcher, hopefully we'll be able to make the most of this summer. I'm excited. My family is vacationing to San Diego for a week in June/July. And me and Joe are going with them. I'm so excited!! Mostly just to get out for a while and enjoy the beach and other places. We're going to Sea World, where I havn't been since I was 8 or so. And I got lost... hmm... hope I can be a little more responsible this time. But other than that we're going to the San Diego Zoo, and some wild animal place. And the beach! I can't wait. We had to start over on the Insanity workout... But this time we're gonna get it! And we'll have fit beach bods! Heh. And yet I just came home from eating at Jilliberto's and about to go to bed. I bet you can't think of much worse for your body than that. Oh well. We have more time now because it's summer! I love summertime. Plus I'll have more time to work. Oh which reminds me...

I got a job at Ice King - Oasis. I've worked there for about three months, but I havn't posted a new blog in a while too.... It's a pretty okay job. Not the best pay, but it's better than nothing. To have some money other than what Joe gets from Home Depot. And it's pretty fun. It's nice to get paid for something you enjoy doing. Except for whenever I'm there I have ice cream/nacho cravings the ENTIRE time, which doesn't help with the fact that I'm trying to LOSE weight, or at least make my body healthier. I know all of you are thinking the same thing: "why does Brittany want to lose weight?" "if Brittany loses any weight she'll be transparant!" Ok, now I have to say, those things are not true. Not anymore anyway. People always automatically think that naturally skinny people have no fat to lose. (Wise words from my aunt Cindy.) I've gotten sooo much fatter in the last year, and I would know, since it's my body. Anyway, I hate it. And it's making me want to eat better and healthier. Goodness knows I never ate healthy ever before! So now I'm finally trying to better myself and my eating habits. Anyone know of some good healthy diet ideas? Ones that are not painfully difficult?

By the way.... I'm still selling candles. Still, as in, I havn't sold any yet, and anyone who wants to buy one can contact me for a catalog.

Easter Time is here!

Well, Easter time is over actually. But it was a good one! Joe and I went to St. David. My friend Brooke came too. She was one of my roommates last year and is one of my bestest friends in the whole wide world! She was going to be home alone all Easter weekend in her haunted apartment so she came with us to St. David. It was a blast! On Saturday we had an Easter egg hunt with the kids, Cheyenne, Madison, and Logan. But instead of hiding the eggs with candy in them, we put pieces of paper with dares written on them! Some had candy, so if they got candy they got lucky. But all three of them got lots of dares too. They went outside and found all the eggs, then once they got inside they had to open them one at a time and if there was a dare, they had to do it. Cheyenne got the worst of them.... she had to have her makeup done by a blindfolded Logan. And she had to eat a sandwich with two ingredients picked out by Madi and Logan. They turned out to be salsa and grape jelly! :P yuck. She also had to smell everyone's feet in the room, (Madi, Logan, me, Brooke, Taryn, and Mom,) and rank them all from best to worst smelling. It was hilarious! Madison had to go outside to the road with a sign that said, "HONK IF I'M CUTE!" and she had to say "Whoa! I'm good!" after everything she said until her next dare. She also had to act and talk like she was underwater until her next dare. Logan had to run crazily around the room with pants for a shirt, a shirt for pants and socks on his hands. And there were so many more... It was hilarious. Later that night, Taryn realized she needed some stuff at Walmat. So Taryn, Brooke, Madi and I went to Walmart 'till about 1:30 in the morning. Yeah, it was a fun night.

The next morning was Easter Sunday and Conference. The kids found their eggs and got their baskets. Even Joe and me and Brooke got baskets. After a while Joe and I went to visit his mom and Summer. Jennifer and her baby (Jesse's girlfriend and baby) were there, and Summer's boyfriend Joseph. Tommy Stutz came a little later for dinner. It was so much fun eating with all of them. It was so funny! Especially with Tommy there. He and Joe make one hilarious pair. After we ate we went back to St. David and ate a little more with my family. Then we went back to Thatcher. It was a fun weekend :)

Joe played in the trees while we hid the eggs.

Some of our eggs. Joe's was supposed to be Sonic the Hedgehog.

Taryn got inside the ice freezer at Walmart!

INSANITY!!

Yes, Joe and I are doing the Insanity Workout. It is exactly what it sounds like. And looks like, if you watch the video. We couldn't get passed the first little fit test. Soreness has taken over my body. Joe threw up the burger he ate this morning. It is the hardest thing I think I will ever force myself to do. But I am going to do it! If that means putting up pictures of flat bellies and motivational words for me to keep at it then so be it. And in 60 days I am going to be RIPPED baby! Huzaah! Well... I'm hoping maybe I can rest a little longer than they do, and just take a few more days to look like them. Six-pack and everything! Or, maybe just a four-pack. Even a two-pack would be nice... hmm... Seriously, if I get half of what those guys get on the video after two months, I'll be happy.
